The Challenge In addition to operating in a highly regulated industry, Mobilicity™ faces fierce competition in the marketplace by other wireless providers. In order to improve client retention, Mobilicity™ sought to increase customer adoption into their email marketing programs.

OutReach was engaged by Mobilicity™ and their marketing vendor to assist in the strategy and execution of a marketing program which worked cohesively with their current in-house efforts.

Brand Strategy

As with most enterprise clients, Mobilicity™ had a specific brand strategy and concept that needed to be followed with all marketing programs. OutReach worked with their in-house design and legal teams to ensure all proposed and created elements conformed with the prescribed brand strategy for Mobilicity™.

Execution

A series of landing pages and marketing programs lead the initiative to drive more user adoption. Based on campaign performance, pages were A/B tested and revised to maximize conversion rates.

Capping the frequency for retargeting ads was critical in ensuring that we maintained a positive brand experience for users.

Results

In order to ensure the campaign was always on track, we split the campaign into phases so that each segment can be measured and optimized throughout the process.

Upon the completion of the program, a significant lift was generated in user adoption as per the initial campaign goals.
