This role

Our Senior SEO Analyst will be involved in implementing digital marketing programs and assisting the our team of SEO specialists.

Ability
  •  Organized.
  • Learn our processes and work with the team.
  • Review website content for quality assurance and SEO optimization.
  • Strong English communications and writing skills.
  • Write effective headlines & descriptions with targeted keywords in mind.
  • Analyze websites, ranking reports, looking for areas of improvement.
  • Create and filter down keyword lists based on business goals, targeting and user intent.
  • Regularly prepare and analyze ranking reports to improve and modify strategies to further optimize SEO campaign progress.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, with the ability to convey the details of their website optimization in simple terms.
Experience
  •  Passionate about the internet, tech, marketing and learning new techniques.
  • Familiarity with up-to-date algorithm changes and white hat SEO techniques to ensure the long-term effectiveness of SEO campaigns.
  • Technical optimization of websites (may involve some HTML).
  • ·Familiarity working with websites and platforms such as WordPress.
  • At least 1-2 years of SEO experience is preferred.
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • An interest in web & emerging technologies
  • Project management and/or agency experience is an asset

The Role

Powered By Outreach is seeking a well-organized and responsible self-starter to become an integral part of our team as a Customer Service / Project Lead. In this role you will be Level 1 Customer Service, as well as fielding any incoming calls we may receive. The applicant is required to have strong communication skills and the flexibility of communicating to many different types of people when necessary to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with incoming work orders.

Responsibilities
  •  Re-route inbound calls to our general support line.
  • Create team tasks through our internal Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Following various data entry processes as defined by our internal protocols
  • Operating the service desk – ensuring internal & external requests are handed off to the correct team members and following up to ensure these requests are fulfilled correctly
Your Skill Set
    •  Re-route inbound calls to our general support line.
    • Understanding of Digital Marketing (Web Design, Paid Media, Search Engine marketing, Content Marketing)
    • Fluent in English
    • ·Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
    • Exemplary attention to detail
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team
    • An interest in web & emerging technologies
    • Project management and/or agency experience is an asset

This is an entry-level position with a fast-growing digital agency – salary based on experience
